ABOUT
Jarod Lewis is a multidisciplinary artist based out of Houston, Texas. While dabbling in all forms of artistic expression, he specializes in portrait photography and videography centered around visual discussions about culture, society, the human form, and sex.
Born in Oklahoma in 1999, Jarod has experienced a plethora of different environments, social issues, and cultural circumstances due to his father’s job as a travel nurse, and his own boundless curiosity, which never let him accept a supposed truth at face value, which was reflected in even his earliest artistic expeditions before even picking up a camera.
Entering the University of Houston in 2017, Jarod soon found his love for digital photography, enamored by the tales it could tell, as well as the hidden and uncomfortable truths that could brought to life.
